Delivery and Refunds
Our turnaround time is 7 days for in-stock items. It may take longer if you request a detailed or intricate personalised design. We will let you know if that is the case.
When you receive a dispatch email, it means we are processing your order and have liaised with one of our carriers (usually Royal Mail). It may still take a few days for your order to arrive but it should be within the 7 days plus shipping period. Our products are bulky and we have a business ethic to use the absolute minimum amount of plastic so we ship our products in boxes. This contributes to the shipping costs.
All UK orders over £60 qualify for free standard delivery. This is automatically applied at checkout.
Standard UK delivery:
P+P with Royal Mail 2nd class recorded delivery (delivery within 3 working days from completion of order)
- £5.00: Up to 700g
- £7.50: 701 - 900g
- £10.50: More than 900g
Rates vary by country and are calculated at checkout based on weight and dimensions of the package.

We aim to deliver all standard orders within 3 working days but occasionally, especially during busy periods we cannot guarantee that. Please email us for all time critical orders and we will do our best to help.

You may cancel any order you have placed with us until it is dispatched. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number. If we have already dispatched the item, it must be returned to us as per our refund policy below.
We reserve the right to cancel your order at any time and issue a full refund. Please see our terms and conditions.
We accept items for refund or exchange for up to 28 days. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We are also happy to replace defective or damaged items. Unfortunately we are unable to refund shipping fees. We are also unable to refund personalised items unless there is a defect.
We use high quality heat transfer vinyl for personalised designs. The design is guaranteed for up to 6 months or 6 washes, whichever is sooner. If the vinyl peels off before this period, please email email@example.com. Please note this only applies to issues with the design vinyl.
Please email all refund requests to firstname.lastname@example.org with the order number and reason for refund.
You will be responsible for the cost of sending the item back to us unless there is a defect or damage on our part, in which case we will send you a prepaid return label. We recommend you use a trackable and insured service. As these are fabric pillows, please make sure they are carefully packaged so they are not exposed to dust and do not get smeared on the way to us. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged items in transit to us.
We will send you an email once we receive your item. All approved refunds are credited to the original payment used within 10 working days or we send you a voucher/ cheque if you paid by cash. If you do not receive your refund within that time please email us at email@example.com and we will look into it.
